I'm not registrated as a shareholder at peix. I do receive however all their PR. Nothing was stated about that there. If there would be any nees on that it could be given at the conference call, however I don't expect that. I don't expect news on a r/s before Q1 is released.

I received the proxy today. 1 for 5 or up to a 1 for 15 reverse split. At least they are having a vote this time.
