Thats wrong and no fund in the world accepts it.

I actually think this public offering was a prerequisite to a FN listing. Because they have to explain to FN how they plan to fund growth (at least that's what I read somewhere). And the way they did it until now simply doesn't cut it.

Anyway, they are dealing with it now. Now, we need to focus on absorbing those 10M financing shares as quickly as possible in order to achieve a smooth transition to FN.
