I think the market will look for other things, like company performance.

The day Solomon will strictly keep what you think is "not lying" and stop building a company that will make shareholders rich, I will sell all my shares.

I'm sure Lucky will tell you that in legal-speak if you don't have a hard and fast plan to issue shares, you are compelled to say you don't have a plan. Hey, you say you read 500 10q's a year, have you ever heard anyone say "we may issue shares but we're not certain just what our plan is yet"?
