Considering that they have very little staff left, I see two, maybe three scenarios.
Bankruptcy if they cannot bring the medication back.
Buyout, possibly Takada, if they can bring the medication back. I do not see how they can make it on their own with a skeleton staff. I do not see Takada buying them out if they cannot bring the meds back, too much baggage, that means us stockholders.
Bankruptcy reorganization . . . if they need more time to investigate? Don't know about this one.
