If it wasn't for Rainer with his toxic financing and sucker "investors" this dog would have died long ago. I remember Pinkerton telling stockholders in the conference call how "early investors would be rewarded". Anyone else remember that? We were rewarded months later with a RS. There is no reward when a company is bleeding cash and relies on convertible debt to keep the doors open. It's been years and it's the same story. Just file bankruptcy and be done with it. I still hold shares from the last RS. There is no value here!
