Just because a penny stock gets pumped and dumped doesn't automatically qualify it as a scam. All penny stocks are risky. And most are subject to a pump and dump scenario. This article is from Sept of last year. I hope this gets pumped again, because when it does, then I'm selling and moving on to the next one. No one should get emotionally tied to a penny stock. Buy then take your profits ASAP and move on. All my opinion of course.
