This is not a $2 Billion company, so let's stop this $1 per share BS. Get a grip people. This is a penny stock franchise company. Yes, it is a real company, but it is not Fortune 1000 company. Let's shoot for a penny and revisit the $1 parade down the road. Good luck to all. DD is only one piece of the puzzle here. Facts, Financials, etc. will show the real value of a penny stock.

With all due respect, asking questions without doing any DD and then bashing the response probably isn't the best way to introduce yourself to a stock and it's board.

How can you possibly come to a board ask questions...

Questions:

Whats the big deal about April first?
Why is everyone expecting a runup in price after name change
Why is the VP expecting $1 a share, whats the significance of his projection

...and then respond with calling DD BS??

Your pretty much on the mark. I doubt there aren't too many here who would hold this past.02. Not saying that some won't just saying most will not turn down a 1000% gain. In all honesty, I plan on shedding a large position if this touches a penny or even close.I learned many years ago when I gave up a $260K profit on a $30K investment because I was too stupid and followed the flock right into the slaughter house. Live and learn.

I agree with you for the most part my friend. Most of the pennies I play are for pure flip and the occasional road show from a pumped APS pick to squeeze a few bucks out of.

Its finding the very few diamonds in the rough that can enable you to walk into work one day with you're pants down to you're knees while telling you're boss to kiss your arse cause you just hit it big:)

I was a Finance VP for 20 years for a fortune 100 company where I specialized in Acquisitions and Divestitures for the company. i recently took early retirement and started up an investment group. My point is that I have done extensive DD on this company, this coupled with my experience leads me to believe that this may be one of those diamonds in the rough. I'm now banking 14MM shares that this is the case.
