Duke my take on the investment in Texas based on what Ken said would more likely be a large contract with a hotel chain, hospital or something of that nature. Whatever it is, its news worthy IMO. Something that is state wide and lucrative.
I've been playing in this area for awhile and I'm excited to see how April and May unfold. Like I have said prior, IMO the financials are going to be more attractive than most assume.
