I dont think this will settle for less than 350 million. My guess and what i have seen with donald stout so far is he is the king of big settlements

$350M would certainly be nice, but you know that no one will believe you unless you start your post by identifying an itchy body part first!!! :)

Have quietly owned lots of VRNG for over a year (First position in late 2011 and adding quite a bit along the way) and today was the best news since the jury verdict!

I think the Microsoft Settlement could come early (within 2 weeks) .. I am also thinking the number is between 75 - 150 million .. jmho
