Anyway thats not really a surprise that we have OS around 110M. But the prospectus... do I read it right they are going to do a secondary public offering? So again a heavy dilution? Im not much knowledgable in this area so I might read it wrong in the prospectus but seems to me like that at first glance. That would be a letdown for many I guess.
