Interesting fact that Treaty says they transferred the Barnes leases in September 2012 but Sean Christopher Douglas of C&C Petroleum signed the monthly production report and submitted it today at 3:33 P.M. So, C&C no longer owns the Barnes lease but they are reporting the monthly production for February 2013. Looks awfully fishy and appears to me like they are still responsible for plugging the nine wells and paying the 16K fine, in my opinion

Weren't they harping 600 barrels for the month??? And didn't they claim they were "CURRENTLY PRODUCING 20-25BPD" during the conference call???
