Why is that? Your analysis contradicts the finding of the Colorado School of Mines historical studies on the property?

Not saying your wrong but I would be interested in what in your background would make your opinion more valuable than theirs?

I assume you are a geologist?

What specifically in their reports do you disagree with?

There work decades ago proved that the property was feasible but with limited return at the Niobium prices at the time.

I can't see what would have happened in the last 50 years to invalidate the Colorado School of Mines findings, they are highly regarded?

Demand for Niobium and the price have skyrocketed since them?

"It's possible that SRSR may have" $10 "billion in value in its unexplored and unmined properties."

It is understood that, Sarissa mining company located in Ontario, Canada, the mine belonged oversize niobium ore zone, 65,254343 tons of proven resources, world ranked in the top three. For now the amount of exploration work inferred resource, has exceeded $ 10 billion worth of resources underground. The the resource occurrence shallow mining method for open-pit mining.

It's also possible for 65254343/18000000 = 3.625 * $10 billion = $36+ billion

And, it's also possible that the first 200 meters of depth between the Hawke and SE zones contain 230 Mt of ore, which is closer to $125 billion.

It's also possible for this figure to be even higher given that the deposit is open to depth and only the first 200-250 meters has been explored.

DDH-09-73 was drilled by Sarissa to a depth of ~250 metres, and returned a 4.5 metre sample of 1.8% Nb2O5, from 229.30 to 233.80 metres.
DDH-09-73
Nb2O5%
Metres From To
1.5 229.30 230.80 2.5%
1.5 230.80 232.30 1.7%
1.5 232.30 233.80 1.4%

It's also possible that this figure is higher if you add in the potential for other potentially recoverable elements and if you consider that the D zone and SE zones are but 20% of the whole volcano.
