Technical groups are still holding and the big investors are accumiliating, and once they're finished, they will introduce it to their friends... All it takes is one big news(i.e contract) to open the flood gates, and boom goes the dynamite... I'm hearing more updates and news will come from the company so we'll just have to wait and see how this plays out technically, and fundamentally...
