Yes it is but insider made a very large purchase not too long ago my funds was tied up at that time or I would have been in. Same with RPRX funds tied up wish I didn't miss it. Congrats to those who got in. I was waiting for dcth to hit 1.63. And when sheff alerted I jumped in. Wish I would of waited for his rprx call. Oh well hopefully dcth runs well. Just sold opk at small profit to get some funds untied insider billionaire buying like crazy may reenter.
