What is next on the calendar for CIRC?

I know it's CIRC 3 and PlayBoy 0, but do we have an actual court date for the trial? I'm sorry, but I don't see this info in the Ibox.
Many here are talking PB will settle, but no one knows if they are even talking to CIRC. My real question is, if they are not talking settlement What's next a jury trial? and Is that scheduled already?
