The following March 11, 2013 statement, which had been posted on the AAPT website earlier this month, appears to address your question:

“From the Desk of the President Lisa Bershan

March 11, 2013
NEED TO KNOW

Information doesn’t necessarily make us smart or make us better decision makers – it’s just stuff crowding emails, water cooler conversations and post-it notes. Relevant information in a pertinent context however does become knowledge and that’s the smart stuff that can make a difference to an investor. The SEC refers to the smart stuff as a MATERIAL disclosure.

How many bars were sold, where are the stores, which convenience chains, what are the profit margins and how often are we paid are some of the questions – and there are dozens more – we are frequently asked. The answers to these questions are actually not the need to know material stuff that will make investors smart, but it will provide our competitors with more information than they need to know.
The SEC requires any MATERIAL disclosure that could impact the choices that any or all investors could make must be first officially filed and then publicly disclosed to the mass market because they do need to know.

So what does affect the price of the stock. Revenues have a positive impact on share price. A continuous demand for shares has a positive impact on share price. An announcement of a major revenue generating account can have a positive effect too. What drives share price down are block sales, a lack of share buyers and a rumor mill generating doubt and trepidation demanding answers to questions that are not material, but rather shout outs as need to know bits – that they are not.

When will AAPT investors see revenues reported – soon. Do we have new accounts to announce yes and when product is on the shelf we will disclose their names in our advertising. Will we share how many bars we sell or what are our profit margins per bar – no, we will not. We will also avoid filling the virtual void created by short sellers and company detractors with irrelevant information that is in no way needed to knowfor investors to make informed decisions.

AAPT is making and selling unique products for dogs that are getting a fantastic reception by consumers as we promised they would. All of the accounts we are currently selling are now re-ordering new inventory as we promised they would. We are being asked to become vendors to other large retailers and we have been approached by multi-national companies seeking to gain access to the bars. As the stock market and the consumer market places become better acquainted with our products and our newest accounts begin ordering, revenues will accumulate. Be assured, if we have something you really need to know, you won’t have to wait long to know about it.

LISA”

"We have found that the days we publish formal PR Releases, firms with large short positions put downward pressure on the share price."
