So it would seem - but not here, because there's not a single IRP disclaimer on any of today's posts, even from those posters that have previously displayed during some of the many previous pump and dump days for ITNS that they were compensated for promoting ITNS.
Therefore we have to assume that nobody is breaking Securities Acts by promoting ITNS on the Internet without the appropriate disclosure.
Which is nice because the SEC don't like it when that happens.
