There's always anecdotal information but I always like to know the type of man who deliberately puts their family in danger because he is insecure and stupid. Facts be damned your paranoia trumps your families safety. I love playing cards with people who refuse to understand odds.

I take it your links did not include the story of a Fairmont, NC dad who accidentally killed his 10 yr old son while cleaning his gun, and the Dallas police officer who killed himself while cleaning his gun...I'm guessing the NRA does not include such stories in their fund raising campaigns.
