I could never figure out why people stick around pennies to bash them on a daily basis, what is their motive, what is their end game? They can't short pennies, so why bash them?

I'm hoping you can give me some insight, but to answer your question good sir, this is a business between two business partners who decided to make a company to purchase franchises (now they have moved on to bigger and better things with the Mangos restaurant) in a niche market that hasn't been explored yet.

If you can tell me where your information about management's history of decimating companies comes from that would help with my DD into the company as well.
