I disagree. Remember the 10-K results are only through DEC 31, 2012. Nearly 3 months have gone by. And, corn prices are not dropping yet, but increased ethanol demand and consequently higher ethanol sales prices will offset this. Demand is at an all time high, and this is vital as it provides a stop gap. Corn prices will drop as crops are harvested, both domestically in the summer, and perhaps much sooner abroad.

Per the 10-K "Average price per gallon of ethanol sold was $2.52 for the fourth quarter of 2012, compared to $2.80 in the fourth quarter of 2011."

A simple review of the ethanol sales price chart reveals prices are again approaching 2011 levels.
