Ouch, I don't believe they are mean spirited. Ok, well maybe a few need a little shock treatment to wake up!

I believe what we are posting is reality - here in penny land. Trust me its all learned form mistakes and due diligence and learning how the system works. If people are going to play in the equities market its a good ideal to learn the SEC/FINRA and state of incorporation rules & regs

Anyone buying/selling from reading message boards are not a very good way to invest money

Investigate, inquire, require proof, never accept fuzzy math, part truth .. these penny filings and PR's and BLOGS have a lot to be desired

I have seen penny filings in excess of 900 pages, trying to confuse and create a sense of importance when in reality - the company had little to no cash, little to no revenue, no employees
just fluff

just big fluffy hard to verify PR's and SEC filings - audited or not

I will say, the core board here now is one of the best boards around for not slinging wild rumors and crazy speculation hype

Serenity...how true....the problem is just how many newbies were really paying attn. I would hope there are more than we think but the reality is by the time you get to a msg board the problem is really deeply in play. So most of what happens is that we start by having these seemingly "mean spirited" discussions about what the truth and what reality really is and the only response comes from those that drank the CEO's toxic Kool aide. Usually word of mouth comes to late in pinks. The CEO kept feeding the sheeple visions of sugar plums and rainbows.
To those the lessons come late and the cost is huge and thats why over time I'm firmly of the belief that the CEO knew exactly what he was doing to get his money...just tell them what they want to hear....never once discussing the real issues with his failed business plan and failed accomplishments. Always...the sun will come out tomorrow smoke and mirrors song/blog.

In short order we'll see how his NOBILITY plays out.....the true character will reveal himself.

All just my opinion based on all the made public facts.
