I believe the Israeli firm, with their cash pile and advances in Type2 Diabetes cure, could be the end of BioSolutions.

We don't have the money to accomplish what needs to be done, at this time. Raising the money could cost BISU investors in the form of a dilution. This is something I'm concerned about. There have been so many shady things associated with BISU, we may not be able to gain the support needed.

I am invested here, too. People need to know the risk and not just be hearing, "Next month is going to be GREAT!!" without anything concrete and happening right at the moment to support that claim.

The 10K, itself, spelled out some BIG concerns. Just be careful.
