Again the 3.8 isn't available to turn liquid until after April 25th. No one has said what Lehman plans to do with all those shares yet. I hope to get more clarity on the Q1 conference calls for EQR and AVB.

Why does Viva's article state that they (lehman) are only halfway thru paying off some promised amount by 2016?

Lehman, which filed the biggest bankruptcy in U.S. history in 2008, has so far paid creditors about 9 cents on the dollar, or half of what it expects to pay by about 2016.
