Im not disagreeing that a PHR is a place to store documents, to include a CCD.
What is accurate is that April 15th Venture with 4Medica MMR will be able to populate data to a CCD via the HL7 interface as stated. I am not disagreeing on where that population of data occurs, after all its EHR data being populated. Im talking the trigger mechanisms within the MMR platform that initiates the population. Talking basic tethered system actions between EHR and PHR, that if this PR is correct, will function with any EMR.
