#3989 RE: stayfocused #3983

I emailed John this morning a few questions and he got back to me within hours. Here is what I asked and his reply:

1. When do you anticipate your properties to start producing and selling coal?
We anticipate getting ready for production by year end. Per our last PR, we are awaiting the final contract for the drill plan by a well known certification firm. The NI 43-101 qualified drill plan will take 8-10 weeks. Once that's complete, we will then begin to drill accordingly, another 2 weeks. With the drill results we can finish our Environmental Impact Study, about 4 weeks, at the same time a Qualified Person will complete our N.I. 43-101. According to our timeline, we should be submitting our Environmental Study by August 1. We expect it to be approved by Nov. 1 so we can begin mine buildout and production.

2. Do you have clients already lined up to sell the coal to? One of the largest coal traders in the world are exploring next to our property, I have met with them and expect they'll be more than interested in buying our coal. We have premium HCC (hard coking coal), I don't anticipate any problem in selling it, no matter what the thermal coal and natural gas prices are. You can't make steel without HCC, unless the world stops developing there will be a market for our coal, this is just my opinion.
