1) LBYE just recently filed some 8Ks which usually always leads to bigger announcements and company projects.

New board of directors including NYSE level director Richard Clark Webb formerly with Weatherford, INC and James W. Anderson who recently in 2012 took a position as an E & P Finder Executive for Petro Lucrum Inc.

2) Liberty Energy is a real Upstream Oil and Gas Company with a current lease portfolio of over 1,000 acres in Texas with proven production.

3) We are speculating that a reverse merger or similar transaction is expected with a private E & P or oilfield services business. What is really interesting here is the addition of James W. Anderson from Petro Lucrum Inc. - they are the people behind the HIIT deals and the huge run from .02 to .22. The rumor is that LBYE is going to be bigger and better based on their leases and management.

4) The chart is showing a strong uptrend with new base at .07-.08 with current resistance points at .10 and .15. That is where the stock traded before it trickled down on low volume... With the announcement of new directors and more announcements to come, the stock should be trading at higher level. The Chart looks absolutely amazing, and a golden cross is starting to form which is extremely bullish.

Also, word is that the group behind HIIT hitting .22 from .02 is moving money flow into LBYE. Its all in the 8k filings! ;-)
