You should really say at at any unexpected momentan SEC filing could take place for anything relevant to the company business, providing the name and address and telephone number of the company, along with the name of the responsible officer who signed such document.
Until such SEC filing takes place nothing else is believable. Right now we have just a bunch of shareholders hoping for this or that without any inside information at all. Yes, there is someone who has inside information, that is the one who is holding a few millions of shares but that person has nothing important to say because he knows more than we do.
