Yes and after rereading the 10-K this morning, Are contract is with Biomedix Incubator and NOT Biomedix LTD. That deal was a share exchange of 1,082,851 of SAFC for 921,790 of Gefen Biomed Investments. Which is much better than the 5 Million shares that a poster trying saying the deal was for. Safecode is the main Company thats putting the New Patent Medical Divice out to be sold and will be the Company that will get the benifits from it. That is why they are doing business with the other Companies in order to bring the Device to Market. I cant wait until May 6th. Safecode is building it and. THEY ALL WILL COME! GO > SAFECODE
