Most public companies have a policy to communicate to shareholders only through a Public Relations person. I'm guessing that SKTO will have a Public Relations rep soon. I'd be surprised if the Officers and Directors actually respond to shareholders directly.

Fbooked Kevin Allyn the other night and asked for confirmation that he was the chairman of the board for SK3. Next morning it appeared on his page that he was. But no personal response.
