Early December? And yet the company put out a press release in early February insinuating they would be drilling in the second or third quarter of this year. Nice ethical company here.

so this drags on and on and on.

so much for the claims of a settlement coming out of the status meeting.

The market may not be "phased" by this, but it will certainly be "fazed".

This news was not known before the close today, so the green close is no reflection of the market's yet to come reaction.

By any measure, this is a major disappointment.

What a waste of time. The lease could be pumping oil. Mind you, no one mentioned this issue with Montecito anywhere in the web page. Dec 2013 is too far off. These geniuses best have something else to do in the next 7-8 months besides sit on their butts and lose what's left of so-called transparency. Heck even a r/s wouldn't be out of the question here. They seem to be very good at that, while stinking at darn near everything else.
