#56798 RE: Threeflight #56797

I didn't mean he was going to fire himself haha. I meant that if things don't change he will reach a point where he can no longer attract the financial support to keep the company afloat. So far it is clear that there is little to no interest by anyone to actually buy (as in pay for) the product (whether the human phr or the equine version haha). If the patents prove to be unenforcable in the universal context of the $1 billion valuation variety, and mmr is forced to compete with the dozens of other ehr/phr providers that actually have sales forces and operating capital, then how will the company survive? And the $16 million market cap clearly shows that no one is taking these patents seriously.

Yes hundreds and hundreds of companies have existed for a certain amount of time by printing shares, reverse splitting and then printing more shares. Some of them have survived and become successful, many more are listed with 3 zeros to the right of their decimal point or no longer exist at all. And I can promise you that the ones that went on to make money for their "little guy" shareholders did not raise capital at 2 cents/share.
