Probably because they think the stock has reached equilibrium and they will not get them any cheaper. They will have to hit the ask if they want shares. Of course there will be those weaker players who panic and want out that is what the count on.

Well when one or two small buys knocks them out i wouldn't worry about it. Just a normal trading day.
