Perhaps the pallet was in the back store room and the KU was in a cooler display?? I rep'd many products that did WM promos. The product had to be monitored or the space could end up being given to another product. Did WM double dip on promo space?? I would never say they did, but at times I wondered. Contracts for displays were ALWAYS for a FULL qtr. Three months. If displays were removed promo payments were pro rated down. Been retired for about 5 years now so maybe it is different today. Not calling anyone a liar. You cannot blame BBDA for the local distributor's lack of monitoring the product. HAWK.
