What country a company comes from has nothing to do with the fact that they are currently in FDA clinical trials in the US. So what they are a British company, they still have to follow US laws when doing clinical trials in the US for FDA approval. There is NO law saying that any company can't try to bring a cannabis based med through the FDA process. It is just that CBIS has no money to do so, nor have they even tried.
The TWO? Hmmm. What are you comparing? I don't see this SCAM having a single product...let alone anything proprietary. CBIS doesn't own a formulation. They have Nothing different than what grows in dirty. GW does.
