#5716 RE: smNY1 #5713

I'm in a difficult position with the company, I have the opportunity to potentially switch districts from a terrible dm that nobody likes, to a dm who use to be my old manager when I started. The switch would also mean getting out of Walmart and into Sears.

While I realize that this would have no effect on my job security, or life span left with this company. It would at least make the final days bareable... I don't even want to go to work at this point, its time better used to look for something else. But, at the same time I have been looking for the last 3 weeks, and haven't recieved a single call back. Even though I have a great resume for a managieral role, I don't drive (yet, going to get that fixed). and i think/feel thats stopping the callbacks.

Also, in order for my current DM to give the okay for a district change, I would have to make sure my studio is staffed. I just don't feel right hiering someone for less then what the going "competitive starting" is, and how do you tell them that each day could be the last day they have a job here.
