If I'm not mistaken, this issue was brought up before. Again, if I am not mistaken, these "pump and dumps", they were not paid advertizing. Meaning BBDA is not paying promoters, promoters are doing it themselves.

CEO will sell and dilute shares continously as authorized share and O/S are over 2.5 billion shares and they have to sell as market values are over priced relative to small revenues.

CEO lied about Europe and Asia deal. And he lied about revenues.
Quarterly and annual statement already proved their lack of selling. They have to sell shares to maintain their business and make their business look legit. We, investors have been making this company look legit. We are being fooled by CEO.
We have to realize that BBDA's sales are not good but CEO can make money everyday by selling his shares.
