I agree 100%, IMHO I think that HL should be at least 4.75-5.00 and when silver starts moving again it should go even higher. Like you I have some history with HL as well. In 2012 HL was one of my top five grossing stocks of the year. Depcom was trading with me back then and I remember all the talk about HL folding because their share price was under $4. Well I can tell you it didn't happen, lol. I think I traded it 10-12 times from Jan-Oct with the balk of my shares bought under or at the $4 mark.
