The best news on the court information is right here on this board. You have to go back about 200 posts, because last week we were attacked by a pump and dump scheme. Those guys came on and posted about 200 posts all just hype and nothing said, and that put the news behind on the list. But if you go back even two weeks ago, you'll see the board only had a few posts per day and it is easier to see.
Actualy, you might want to go back a few months, and start from there and go forward. there is some back and forth between posters, but the news is shown and the results are there for the most part. SOme links to newspapers that covered the trial, and some people who actually cared enough to be AT the trial. YOu'll get all sorts of information from that. And yes, it ALWAYS makes sense to ask for verificiation when you first start looking at a new company. good move.
As for financials. Nope. Not out. they have not put anything out there. They should have but have not. I don't think anyone is actually working at the corporate headquarters any more, although that is just my opinion as i don't know (I try to state when it is my opinion instead of something solid) for sure. But no filings, and nothing out there right now. But with no assets left and everything taken, what is there to report? I don't think they want to spend the money they don't have just to file, unles they get something from the emerald case (Jay). Again, just the way I would do it if this were me, and I think they are doing the same thing.
