For the third time yanks, why did Ammerman write this in his info sheet? If not a mistake, it seems pretty clear to me, although it does use past tense.

Of course he could clear it up quite simply by releasing accurate current share structure via Pink Sheets news, or a filing, or news, or something....anything.
