That is doubtful. The float is already to small and the majority of the rest is restricted.

IMHO:

In addition they would be spending the funds you believe they are spending on buy backs on getting their financials current.

This is speculation that the business plan will be accelerating on the back of the airline purchase they made out of bankruptcy.

This is a low floater that could fly with the right news.
