ONCS Chart.......Bullish Reversal pattern forming today.......MACD looks ready for the next leg up.......

Looking for a close above MA(50) @ 0.214.......if that happens & 0.22 resistance is cleared ONCS should run to 0.235........ONCS tried to break 0.235 resistance on the 20th & 21st.......3rd time may be the charm.....

Above 0.235 is MA(200) @ 0.239.......after that is MA(100) @ 0.245.......close above both of these levels and a breakout should follow.......
