HPNN isn't a "leader" of anything.

And each share is a one-billionth share of a $10 million dollar debt.

The company hasn't filed any financial results for more than a year now. The last 4 times Hop-On did that, it was to hide entire years with $0 of revenue.

What is the value of a shut down company with huge debts, no revenues, a track record of losses, and a convicted crook as CEO (and only, well-paid, employee) ?
