OT PPS my guess is lower. Mainly because there is nothing to support any sustainability in this stock.
Nunchi has shown us nothing in how many years now. Nobody is buying into that tech edig has. It was years ago they said they were searching for partners. They certainly dont have the cash to do it themselves. But nobody stepping up in at least 2 years now.
Flash Settlements will probably be lower than evn round 2 as i think the value of the patents has been decreased because of the reexam. We aren't going to find out what the 1st settlement was worth until the 10k filed this summer. My guess 250K which is about the average of round 2 if my memory is correct.
I would predict down somewhat, perhaps below 10 cents per share in 6 months. Perhaps not as bad one month out.
By the way, there will be a pps prediction contest on the ragingbull board shortly for edig. You might want to check in there to see what opinions are voiced publicly on the subject.
