Where is the $10,000,000 in Acquisition Financing?

BTHR hasn't had any "acquisitions" go through yet since they announced this, which means they should have $10 Mil on their books for acquisitions.

Yet they diluted hundreds of millions of shares all the way down to where the PPS is now. What is the OS today?

If the deal is for $8.5 Mil, and they have agreements for $10 mil... then why dilute?

They should have $1.5 Million in the bank after this deal and there should have been no dilution whatsoever. Isn't that the story they are telling us?

Maybe my math is wrong, or maybe they are just criminals stealing from shareholders.

THE PR WITH 10 MIL TO 30 MIL IS 8 MONTHS OLD AND NEVER MATERIALIZED. If it had they would have owned Bobby'Vs, Philly Westshore, and The KFC deal would have been done.

Now for Mangos not sure who is giving them financing,($8.1 mil) But if they do it won't settle in 30 days like they are reporting, It's a big commerical deal and that takes time 60-90 days JMO.
