#32510 RE: AugustineAl #32508

Al. When I heard about the reverse split, I freaked out and was pissed off. Then, I did a lot of thinking about it and tried to figure out what they might be doing and why. My new theory fits this situation perfectly. You can believe what you want, but the loaners are not going to take a hit and go away. The latest ones, Southridge and Asher, are going to walk away very well compensated. Cen-1 is obviously out of the loop, or they cost averaged down to about 2 cents, which is about as low as they could get it. IMO. In any case, the 1 billion authorized shares are just about gone, the loans are almost paid off, the loaners are locked and loaded, NSAV announced a reverse split for 4/18, so I think things are going to happen around that date. Remember too that April marks about one year since Asher and Southridge have been involved.

I'm not going to discuss this further because I want it to be buried in the distant past by the time 4/18 comes along. I hope everyone else does the same, for their own well being. The less who know this stuff the better. There are going to be "smoke and mirrors", so we have to let them be seen for whatever they seem to be.
