i don't think i would be bashing the SEC at this time,... your theory is only "hypothetical" and not fact, ... meeting the qualifications for re-instatement is the present and necessary priority,... and if that is not possible, hopefully JR has an alternative plan, maybe involving a distributor like r-pac.

The past is the past, and KMAG will rise out of the ashes somehow if its business is as good as some here are speculating.
