yes its about 2/3s. it is NOT gone. but it will go easily.

i think the levys were not convicted of defrauding GDGI. these people were convicted of a different crime. as far as i can see, the court's ruling does not say that all debts owed by all entities for all services to the levys are invalid.

however, all GDGI has to do is pony up a some money for (a somewhat embarrassing) civil lawsuit to request they be absolved of the debt on the grounds that levy's services to them were also fradulent. the levy's are unlikely to prevail in a civil suit to asser their right to collect the debt from behind bars.
