EricM, the company has been promoting this merger for years, the head of the company has communicated to investors, on many different occasions over the last 3 or 4 years, that the company is in the final stages of wrapping up the audit needed to finalize the merger, get that, about 4 years to do a 2 year audit?????????, ROTFLMAO, at 1 point about 3 years ago the head of the company, Peter Jacobs, clearly stated, on the company website, that the companies were already merged.
The facts as investors know them at this point are that both companies are and have been essentially operated by the same group of management and directors, and both companies are and have been operated out of the same address for years now, and lastly, very little of what investors have been told by company officials over the years has actually turned out to be 100% accurate, even 50% would be optimistic.
