Joe, CC is the founder and CEO

Cc can authorize himself shares as to control 50 percent

As a company founder and CEO, I would expect one would want to actually own or control as much of his/her own company as possible, wouldn't you?

the fact that these shares are restricted says alot

IMHO your statement infers other things to the contrary, as it leaves open the question of restriction and the time table for actualizing these shares

by not providing all relevant info - this is not good
