I bought a pair of really cool looking flip-flops at Whole Foods three years ago for something like $60 dollars. I'm still wearing them today and they look brand new. (I have no idea where they were made) Last summer I was stuck and bought flip-flops at CVS. One month later after they fell apart, I returned them and got my $8 dollars back.

You get what you pay for.
